We’ll help you plan for the event, and set the kickoff date, identify order deadlines, and a delivery date for your group order. It’s recommended that the selling period last 2-3 weeks, depending on the needs of your group. Two weekends in your selling period works best!
The group size and more participants you have will impact the total dollars your group can raise. Full support of your group enables a higher FUNDOUGH raise!
For fundraising in Southlake group members call friends, co-workers, and family members and take cookie dough orders, collecting the proceeds (payable to your organization).
Every order is turned in by the set deadline, with the organization receiving the payments your group members collected. It’s recommended your group’s fundraising coordinators call around and remind group members to turn in the orders!
Total the orders, and place your master cookie dough order with FUN DOUGH RAISING, confirming your delivery date. It is legitimate to order a little extra of each flavor, just in case group members forgot to turn in orders. The extra tubs usually go fast at your delivery event, or give them to your volunteers as thank you gifts.
On your delivery day, your friendly FUN DOUGH RAISING delivery staff will arrive with your cookie dough, and organize the boxes by participant at your event location. The best venue for delivery is a school gym or other large and open space out of the weather for delivery.
Your group volunteers pick up the cookie dough and then deliver it to their friends, co-workers, and community members who placed orders.
